The adoption center
Among the shelves of used books, Fat Cat Books is inhabited by adoptable adult cats. All the kitties come from Feline Advocates of Leon County, a Tallahassee-operating non-profit.
The kitties are spayed or neutered and have been tested for FIV and FELV. They have received their microchip, are up to date on their rabies vaccinations and are free from parasites.
We do not discriminate with our kitties, we love them all; short hair, long hair, big or small. We also love our special needs kitties (such as Finn); every one of them deserves a chance at a loving home.
If you are interested in adopting, fill out our online adoption application or request a paper application at firstname.lastname@example.org!
Betty spent long hours searching for local artists and artisans and found a rich array of goodies to sell in her little boutique.
Betty offers cat stickers, magnets, candles, earrings, soaps by a local soapery, and tons of other fun novelty items.
Betty's Boutique is located both at our bookstore and café location!
